If for any reason you should need to return your item(s), please contact us and return to Pickle and Chai Homeware within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note: we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed.
You will be required to pay the return postage and must return the item in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging. Please note: The original postage costs can not be refunded.
In the event of a faulty or broken item we would ask that you take a photo and send this to us. When we receive the photo we will process the refund or send a replacement if stock levels allow.
Any refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
